Paid Pilot

One beverage product and one target market. The Pilot is built to answer which small set of companies deserves attention first. It typically targets 3–5 credible importer/distributor candidates where the evidence supports them, together with fit reasoning, portfolio conflicts, rejected/hold candidates, public contact paths, dated sources, risks and a suggested next action.

The launch cohort is priced at ¥49,800 for the first 10 paid Pilot projects. New Pilot offers then move to ¥79,800 unless a private offer states another total.

Delivery target: within 5 business days after the paid research-start notice.

Market Entry Intelligence

A deeper one-product / one-market engagement. It adds a wider competitor and price map, channel / market-entry structure, typically 8–12 evidence-backed candidates where available, a recommended approach sequence and one 45-minute debrief.

Current starting price: ¥149,800. The exact customer total is confirmed in the private offer before payment.

Delivery target: within 10 business days after the paid research-start notice.

Candidate counts are targets, not padding quotas

RouteFinder does not invent or weaken candidates merely to hit a number. If public evidence supports fewer credible companies, the report can contain fewer and explain why.

What neither product promises

RouteFinder does not guarantee completeness, distributor acceptance, exclusivity, legal or regulatory compliance, commercial performance, or a particular business outcome. It separates source-backed facts, analytical inference and known unknowns.

Professional use

The service is offered for professional and business use. Confidential or non-public information should not be submitted through the public intake form.

Price and checkout

The customer total price is shown on the private offer before payment. Checkout cannot start until a positive price has been frozen for that request and the Stripe / seller-side safety gates are enabled.

Japan qualified-invoice status

Borrachos is not currently registered as a qualified invoice issuer under Japan's invoice system. A qualified invoice registration number and qualified invoice will not be provided. Ordinary billing documentation can still be provided as applicable.

Cancellation and refunds

A customer may cancel for a full refund before the paid research-start notice is sent. Once that notice has been sent, the research work is underway and change-of-mind cancellations are not refundable. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. If Borrachos is unable to provide the agreed service, the payment will be refunded.

Partner Search / Outreach

Actual outreach, follow-up, introductions, meeting coordination or broader business-development support is outside the fixed research products and is quoted separately.

Commercial disclosure

RouteFinder is operated individually under the Borrachos name. Required seller information and contact details are handled through the Commercial Disclosure / 特定商取引法に基づく表記 page.
