適格請求書（インボイス）
Borrachosは現在、適格請求書発行事業者ではありません。適格請求書発行事業者の登録番号はなく、適格請求書は発行しません。通常の請求書・領収書等が必要な場合は個別にご案内します。
支払方法・支払時期
オンライン決済を有効にした場合はStripeによるカード決済を利用し、申込み時に決済します。
役務の提供時期
RouteFinderの固定リサーチ商品は、有料調査開始のお知らせを送信した日から、Paid Pilotは原則5営業日以内、Market Entry Intelligenceは原則10営業日以内を納品目安とします。個別オファーに別の提供時期が明示されている場合は、その内容を優先します。情報不足やスコープ変更が必要な場合は、有料調査開始前にご連絡します。
キャンセル・返金
有料調査開始のお知らせを送信する前のキャンセルは全額返金します。お知らせ送信後は調査着手済みとなるため、お客様都合によるキャンセル・返金は原則お受けしません。法令上排除できない権利を制限するものではなく、Borrachos側の事情で合意した役務を提供できない場合は返金します。

RouteFinderは公開情報を中心としたリサーチと人によるレビューを提供するもので、調査の完全性、候補企業の受諾、独占権、法令適合性、商業上の成果を保証するものではありません。

Price
The customer total and required tax treatment are shown on the private offer page before payment. Checkout cannot start until a price has been set.
Japan Qualified Invoice status
Borrachos is currently not registered as a qualified invoice issuer under Japan's invoice system. No qualified-invoice registration number is available and a qualified invoice will not be issued. An ordinary invoice or receipt can be provided when needed.
Payment
When online payment is enabled, card payment is processed by Stripe at the time of order.
Delivery
For fixed-scope RouteFinder research, the standard delivery target is within 5 business days for a Paid Pilot and within 10 business days for Market Entry Intelligence, measured from the paid research-start notice. If a private offer states another delivery target, the private offer controls.
Cancellation and refunds
A cancellation requested before the paid research-start notice is sent is eligible for a full refund. Once the notice has been sent, the research is underway and change-of-mind cancellations are generally non-refundable. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. If Borrachos cannot provide the agreed service, the payment will be refunded.
